As they begin this unconventional relationship, they open up to each other about their pasts, their regrets, and their hopes for the future.

Through their late-night conversations, Addie and Louis find solace and companionship in each other's company. They form a deep bond that helps them navigate the challenges of aging and loneliness.

Our Souls at Night is a poignant and heartwarming story about love, friendship, and the power of human connection, even in the twilight years of life.

The repetitive use of generic piano melodies throughout the film's soundtrack became monotonous and predictable, failing to enhance the storytelling or evoke any meaningful emotional response from the audience. The lack of variety in the musical score made it feel like an afterthought rather than a crucial element of the movie.

The soundtrack often felt misplaced and distracting, overshadowing the delicate interactions between Addie and Louis instead of enhancing the emotional depth of their relationship. This mismatch between the music and the narrative detracted from the overall viewing experience.
