Synopsis

After a decade of deafening absence, struggling trucker Lincoln Hawk attempts to reconnect with his estranged 12-year-old son, Michael. But making up for lost time is easier said than done.

As the father and son realise it's going to be a long drive home, Hawk's hidden knack for arm-wrestling soon catches troubled Michael's eye.

With the International Arm-Wrestling Championship in Las Vegas just around the corner, Hawk has only a few days to win his son's long-lost trust.

In the meantime, Lincoln must prepare himself, physically and mentally, to compete in a dangerous tournament against behemoths twice his size.

But a son's love is a father's everything. And if all else fails, can Lincoln's sheer determination put him over the top?
