Synopsis

Parenthood is a family drama centered around the Braverman family, with Zeek and Camille Braverman as the patriarch and matriarch. After forty-six years of marriage, they have kept their foundation intact by burying their problems underneath the surface for the sake of their now-adult children.

Adam is the first-born and successful in his career, running a shoe company with a supportive wife, two children, and a beautiful home. He embodies "The American Dream".

Sarah is the unstable daughter who returns home at thirty-eight with her rebellious daughter and sensitive son to live with Zeek and Camille.

Crosby is a carefree bachelor living on a boat, unaware that his life is about to change drastically.

Julia is a lawyer who is the breadwinner of the family, while her husband takes on stay-at-home dad duties.

Each family member will face their own challenges, and how they choose to deal with them will determine whether they stay together or drift apart.
