Synopsis

Rams is a drama film that tells the story of two estranged brothers who live on neighboring sheep farms in a remote Icelandic valley. The brothers, Gummi and Kiddi, have not spoken to each other in 40 years, but when a deadly disease threatens their flocks, they must come together to save their livelihoods.

As the brothers work to contain the outbreak and prevent the government from slaughtering their sheep, tensions rise between them. Gummi, the more reserved of the two, tries to find a peaceful solution, while Kiddi, the more hot-headed brother, resorts to drastic measures.

Throughout the film, the stunning Icelandic landscape serves as a backdrop to the brothers' struggle to overcome their differences and work together to save their beloved sheep.
