In the year 2056, the not too distant future, an epidemic of organ failure devastates the planet. Out of tragedy emerges a savior: GeneCo, a biotech company that offers organ transplants for a price. who lose their payments are scheduled to be recovered and hunted down by the evil Repo Men. In a world where surgery addicts are hooked on painkillers and murder is punishable by law, a young protégé seeks a cure for her own rare disease, as well as information about her family's mysterious history. After being sucked into the haunting world of GeneCo, she can't go back, as all of her questions will be answered at the spectacular, long-awaited event: The Genetic Opera.
