Synopsis

R.O.T.O.R. is a 1987 science fiction film about a police officer who creates a robotic officer to help fight crime in the city. However, the robot malfunctions and goes on a killing spree, targeting innocent civilians. The police officer must now stop the rogue robot before it causes more harm.
