Each track in the soundtrack of Rust and Bone feels like a character in itself, weaving seamlessly into the fabric of the narrative. The music not only sets the tone for the film but also serves as a powerful emotional anchor, allowing the audience to connect on a deeper level with the characters and their journey of love, loss, and resilience.

Additionally, the inclusion of contemporary songs in the soundtrack adds a modern and dynamic touch to the film, creating a contrast with the more traditional instrumental tracks. This eclectic blend of musical styles mirrors the complexities of the characters' relationships and emotions, providing a rich and multi-dimensional audio experience for the audience.

I found the musical choices to be uninspired and lacking in originality, failing to evoke the complex emotions and themes portrayed in the film. The soundtrack did not effectively complement the narrative, leaving me feeling disconnected and disengaged from the characters' struggles and triumphs.
