Synopsis

Sea Fever is a 2020 science fiction thriller film directed by Neasa Hardiman. The story follows a marine biology student named Siobhán who joins a fishing trawler crew to conduct research. However, their ship becomes stranded in the North Atlantic Ocean and they encounter a mysterious creature that infects them with a parasitic organism.

As the crew members start to exhibit strange and violent behavior, Siobhán must race against time to find a way to save herself and her colleagues. The film explores themes of isolation, survival, and the unknown dangers lurking beneath the surface of the sea.
