Shimmer Volume 27 Soundtrack (2009)

Synopsis

This is kind of a warm-up for the more celebrated Volume 28. The Homewreckers tread water, Tenille jobs to Malia in a yawner, Cat Power scores a decent revenge win over Ariel (following a bizarre promo with interviewer Amber Gertner), and Jessie McKay and Nicole Matthews have impressive singles matches with Del Rey and Melissa. MsChif retains the title once again vs. Nikki Roxx in an okay match. There were a few surprises, like Ayako Hamada defeating Martinez in one of the most impressive debuts in SHIMMER, or Daffney turning heel on Rachel Summerlyn in a tag match. But those are the only things that really distinguish this volume from the rest.
