Synopsis

Slow Video is a South Korean drama film that tells the story of a man named Jang Dal-su who has a condition that allows him to see things in slow motion. This unique ability leads him to become a CCTV operator, where he uses his skill to help others and prevent crimes.

However, his peaceful life is disrupted when he meets a woman named Chun-soo who has a tragic past. As they grow closer, Jang Dal-su must confront his own demons and face the consequences of his actions.
