Synopsis

Slugs is a horror novel written by Shaun Hutson. The story follows a small town in England that becomes infested with mutant slugs due to toxic waste being dumped in the local water supply. These slugs grow to enormous sizes and begin attacking and devouring the townspeople.

The protagonist, a local health inspector named Mike Brady, must find a way to stop the slugs before they completely take over the town. As the body count rises, Brady teams up with a scientist to uncover the source of the mutant slugs and come up with a plan to eradicate them.
