"Soldier Boyz" is a story about a young woman who works for the United Nations and is taken hostage by guerrilla fighters in Vietnam. When her wealthy businessman father learns of her dangerous situation, he enlists the help of Major Howard Toliver, who works at the California Youth Authority juvenile prison, to rescue her.
Initially, Major Toliver rejects the offer, but he changes his mind when a group of young men in the prison volunteer to join the mission. He selects six juvenile prisoners to accompany him on the dangerous journey to Vietnam.
Once in Vietnam, the young soldiers must put aside their personal differences and work together to complete the mission and survive the deadly battles that lie ahead.
