Synopsis

Species II is a science fiction horror film directed by Peter Medak. The movie is a sequel to the 1995 film Species and follows the story of an astronaut who becomes infected with alien DNA during a mission to Mars.

The infected astronaut returns to Earth and begins to exhibit strange and violent behavior. As he starts to transform into a new alien species, a team of scientists and military personnel must race against time to stop him before he can mate with a human woman and produce offspring that could threaten the future of humanity.

Species II explores themes of genetic manipulation, evolution, and the consequences of playing god with science. The film features intense action sequences, gruesome special effects, and a suspenseful plot that keeps viewers on the edge of their seats.
