Synopsis

Stalker is a psychological thriller film directed by Andrei Tarkovsky. The story follows a guide, known as the Stalker, who leads two clients into a mysterious area called "The Zone" where their deepest desires are said to come true.

As they navigate through the dangerous and surreal landscape, the characters confront their innermost fears and desires, leading to a series of intense and thought-provoking encounters.

The film explores themes of existentialism, human nature, and the consequences of pursuing one's deepest desires. With its haunting visuals and philosophical undertones, Stalker is considered a masterpiece of Soviet cinema.
