Synopsis

Star Trek: Nemesis follows the Enterprise crew as they stumble upon a positronic signature leading to a prototype version of the android Data after the joyous wedding between William Riker and Deanna Troi.

Later, the Enterprise is invited to Romulus to negotiate a peace treaty with the Romulans by their new leader, Praetor Shinzon. However, it is revealed that Shinzon is a clone of Captain Picard who was raised on Remus, a slave planet to the Romulans.

As the story unfolds, Picard discovers that the peace treaty was a set-up orchestrated by Shinzon, who needs Picard in order to survive. The Enterprise crew soon realizes that Shinzon also plans to destroy the Federation by unleashing a powerful weapon capable of destroying an entire planet.
