A history documentary about the Sunset Strip, a 1.5-mile (2.4 km) stretch of the Sunset Boulevard located in West Hollywood. It starts with the brothels and speakeasies operating there in the 1920s, then proceeds to the story of famous nightclubs such as the Trocadero and the Whisky a Go Go. It also examines the connection of the Sunset Strip to rock music, and names some of the rock musicians who worked there.
