Synopsis

Alias J.J. is a Colombian television series based on the life of John Jairo Velásquez Vásquez, also known as "Popeye," who was the right-hand man of infamous drug lord Pablo Escobar.

The series follows J.J. as he navigates the dangerous world of drug trafficking and rises through the ranks of Escobar's cartel. J.J. must deal with rival cartels, law enforcement, and internal power struggles within the organization.

As J.J. becomes more deeply involved in the criminal underworld, he must confront the consequences of his actions and decide where his loyalties truly lie.

Alias J.J. offers a gripping portrayal of the rise and fall of a key figure in one of the most notorious drug cartels in history.
