Synopsis

That Winter, the Wind Blows is a South Korean romantic drama series that tells the story of a con artist named Oh Soo who pretends to be the long-lost brother of a blind heiress named Oh Young in order to swindle her out of her inheritance.

As Oh Soo gets to know Oh Young, he begins to develop genuine feelings for her, but struggles with the guilt of deceiving her. Meanwhile, Oh Young starts to regain her sight and uncovers Oh Soo's true identity.
