As Donna delves deeper into the investigation, she uncovers a dark secret that the town has been hiding for years. The source of the contamination is revealed to be a parasitic organism that has been thriving in the bay's polluted waters. As chaos ensues and the town descends into madness, Donna must race against time to expose the truth and save herself from becoming the next victim of "The Bay".
