Synopsis

The Dressmaker is a novel written by Rosalie Ham that tells the story of Tilly Dunnage, a talented dressmaker who returns to her small Australian hometown to take care of her ailing mother. Tilly was banished from the town as a child and has spent years traveling the world perfecting her craft.

Upon her return, Tilly begins to transform the women of the town with her exquisite designs and impeccable tailoring skills. However, she also uncovers dark secrets from her past and seeks revenge on those who wronged her.

As Tilly navigates the complexities of small-town life and confronts her own demons, she must decide whether to let go of the past or continue seeking retribution. The Dressmaker is a story of redemption, forgiveness, and the power of self-discovery.
