The Meddler is a heartwarming comedy about a mother who can't help but meddle in her daughter's life after her husband passes away. Marnie moves from New York to Los Angeles to be closer to her daughter Lori, but her constant interference starts to drive Lori crazy. Despite her good intentions, Marnie's meddling causes tension between her and Lori, as well as with other people in her life. As Marnie tries to find her own happiness and purpose, she learns to let go and allow her daughter to live her own life. The film explores themes of love, loss, and the complexities of mother-daughter relationships.
