Synopsis

"The Middle" is a coming-of-age story about a young girl named Sue Heck who is navigating her way through the challenges of adolescence. Set in the fictional town of Orson, Indiana, the show follows Sue as she tries to find her place in the world amidst the chaos of her quirky family. With her parents, Frankie and Mike, constantly bickering and her two older siblings causing trouble, Sue often finds herself caught in the middle of it all.
