Synopsis

The One I Love

Emily and Jack have been together for five years, but their relationship has hit a rough patch. They decide to go on a weekend retreat to try to rekindle their love.

At the retreat, they meet a mysterious therapist who suggests they try an unconventional therapy. They are asked to spend time alone in a guest house on the property and only interact with each other during the day.

As they follow the therapist's instructions, Emily and Jack start to notice strange things happening. They begin to question their reality and wonder if they truly know each other.

Without giving away too much, The One I Love is a mind-bending film that explores the complexities of relationships and the lengths people will go to in order to save them.
