Synopsis

The Reluctant Landlord

In this hilarious comedy series, we follow the story of Charlie, a young man who unexpectedly inherits a rundown apartment building from his late uncle. Despite having no experience in property management, Charlie is forced to become a landlord in order to keep the building in the family.

As Charlie navigates the challenges of dealing with quirky tenants, unreliable contractors, and mounting repair bills, he quickly realizes that being a landlord is not as easy as it seems. With the help of his best friend Lucy and his eccentric neighbor Mr. Jenkins, Charlie must learn to balance his new responsibilities while also trying to maintain his sanity.

Will Charlie be able to overcome his reluctance and become a successful landlord, or will the chaos of property management prove to be too much for him to handle?
