Synopsis

The Rich, the Pauper and the Butler

Once upon a time, in a small village, there lived a wealthy merchant who had a luxurious mansion. He was known for his extravagant lifestyle and his lavish parties.

On the other side of the village, there was a poor pauper who struggled to make ends meet. He worked as a laborer and barely had enough to feed his family.

One day, the merchant's butler fell ill and could not attend to his duties. The merchant was in a fix as he had an important party to host that evening. He decided to hire the poor pauper as a temporary replacement.

The pauper was nervous but he accepted the offer as he needed the money.

As the party began, the pauper served the guests with grace and efficiency. The merchant was impressed by his skills and offered him a permanent job as his butler.

The pauper was overjoyed and accepted the offer.

From that day on, the pauper worked hard and eventually became the merchant's most trusted employee. He was no longer a pauper but a respected member of the household.

The moral of the story is that hard work and dedication can change one's fate.
