While the band's soundtrack for The Weakness of the Bolshevik attempted to capture the emotional turmoil of the protagonist Ivan, I found it to be repetitive and lacking in depth. The music failed to evoke the complex inner struggles of the character, leaving me feeling disconnected from the story.

Additionally, I felt that the band's choice of instrumentation did not align well with the historical setting of the Russian Revolution. The modern and electronic elements used in the soundtrack felt out of place and distracted from the immersive experience of the novel's time period. Overall, I believe the band missed an opportunity to enhance the narrative with a more authentic and evocative musical accompaniment.
