Synopsis

To Live is a Chinese film directed by Zhang Yimou, based on the novel of the same name by Yu Hua. The story follows the life of Fugui, a wealthy landowner who loses everything due to his gambling addiction. He is forced to adapt to a life of poverty and hardship, facing numerous challenges along the way.
