Turner & Hooch is a 1989 American buddy cop comedy film starring Tom Hanks as Detective Scott Turner and Beasley the Dog as Hooch. The film follows Turner, a neat freak detective who inherits Hooch, a messy and slobbery Dogue de Bordeaux, after his owner is murdered.
