Synopsis

BFI and Film London supported the short film. Raymond and Keith are homeless, living on the streets or staying in Keith's occasional temporary accommodation. Raymond is determined to get out of the hole they find themselves in and get permanent housing, but will the system allow it? Or will he fall from grace? WAITING FOR GOD, the directorial debut of celebrated playwright Alecky Blythe (London Road), uses Alecky's famed textual techniques to blend fact and fiction to profound yet devastating effect.
