Who Killed Little Gregory?
In 1984, the peaceful town of Vologne, France was shocked by the murder of 4-year-old Gregory Villemin. The young boy's body was found in the Vologne River, his hands and feet bound. The investigation into his death uncovered a web of family secrets and rivalries that would captivate the nation.
As the police delved deeper into the case, suspicion fell on Gregory's own family members. His parents, Christine and Jean-Marie Villemin, quickly became prime suspects in the murder of their own son. The case took a bizarre turn when anonymous letters began arriving, taunting the family and claiming responsibility for the crime.
Despite numerous suspects and false leads, the case remained unsolved for decades. In 2017, new DNA evidence led to the arrest of Gregory's cousin, Jean-Marie Villemin, who was charged with the murder of his young relative. The case of "Who Killed Little Gregory?" finally came to a close, but the scars left on the Villemin family and the town of Vologne would never fully heal.
