Synopsis

WrestleMania 23 was the twenty-third annual WrestleMania professional wrestling pay-per-view event produced by World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). It took place on April 1, 2007, at Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan.

The main event was a singles match for the WWE Championship, in which John Cena defended his title against Shawn Michaels. Cena emerged victorious, retaining his championship.

Another highly anticipated match was the "Battle of the Billionaires" between Bobby Lashley (representing Donald Trump) and Umaga (representing Vince McMahon). The stipulation was that the losing billionaire would have their head shaved. Lashley won the match, leading to McMahon getting his head shaved.

One of the standout moments of the night was the Money in the Bank ladder match, which was won by Mr. Kennedy. This victory earned him a contract for a future WWE Championship match.
