Synopsis

Wrong Turn 4: Bloody Beginnings is a horror film that follows a group of friends who get stranded in the mountains during a snowstorm. Seeking shelter, they stumble upon an abandoned sanatorium where they soon realize they are not alone.

As they explore the dark corridors of the sanatorium, they come face to face with a group of deranged cannibals who have been living in the building for years. The friends must fight for their lives as they try to escape the clutches of the cannibals and survive the night.
