Young Sheldon is a TV show set in 1989, following the story of 9-year-old Sheldon Cooper who has skipped four grades to start high school with his older brother.
As Sheldon struggles to be understood by his family, classmates, and neighbors, his mother equips him with a powerful tool: reminding bullies that his dad is the football coach and his brother is on the team.
While Sheldon's twin sister may not share his exceptional mind, she excels at reading people and has a clearer vision of what life holds for the young genius.
The show is narrated by Jim Parsons, who portrays the adult version of Sheldon on The Big Bang Theory (2007).
