Solomon Popoli Linda (1909 - 8 de septiembre de 1962), también conocido como Solomon Ntsele ("Linda" era el nombre de su clan), fue un músico, cantante y compositor sudafricano mejor conocido como el compositor de la canción "Mbube", que más tarde se convirtió en el éxito musical popular "The Lion Sleeps Tonight", y dio su nombre al estilo Mbube de isicathamiya a cappella más tarde popularizado por Ladysmith Black Mambazo.
