Sinopsis
En el bosque, un preso fugitivo agarra a un niño de 13 años y le dice que traiga dinero ese mismo día. El niño hace lo que le dicen, solo para ser atacado por el compañero del convicto. Se produce un asesinato y, por casualidad, el asesino y la madre del niño forman una alianza. Todo esto ocurre en cuatro días durante los cuales el niño tiene su primera comunión, sus padres separados se enfrentan entre sí en medio de las esperanzas de la abuela de que se reencuentren, el abuelo solo quiere ir a pescar, el capellán de la escuela se queja del comportamiento del niño y los presos. 'La novia compartida viene, pistola en mano, para ayudarlos a escapar a Tánger. Las sorprendentes decisiones de la madre completan la historia.
