Sinopsis
Leah ha sido como una madre para su hermano Ruben. Un día, Rubén estaba en bicicleta cuando fue atropellado por un automovilista ebrio. Más tarde, un médico se encuentra con ellos y los ayuda. Primero revisa a Rubén y le dice que no se mueva, luego va a ver cómo está el conductor. Pero Rubén comienza a moverse y ponerse de pie y su condición empeora y muere. Cuando Leah se entera de esto, se enfurece y decide perseguir a todos los responsables de la muerte de su hermano. Ella comienza con el conductor; va al hospital y apaga la máquina de soporte vital. Luego sigue al médico hasta donde vive y cambia su nombre a Liz y logra que se case con ella. Luego comienza su plan matando al gerente de su oficina y asumiendo el control. Luego altera los medicamentos de los pacientes y cuando comienzan a morir se culpa al médico. Las cosas iban bien hasta que el conductor que ella creía muerto aparece y la chantajea. Y la ex esposa del médico sospecha de ella.
