Sinopsis
Susan Tuttle, Wilga Roberts, Patricia Roberts y su amigo Kenny son entrenadores de surf. Extremas hasta la médula, sus desgarradoras experiencias encima de un tren asustarían muchísimo a cualquier chico de 15 años. Su viaje llega al final de la línea, como tantos verdaderos surfistas de trenes cuando una de ellas (Patricia) es empalada en una tubería de agua. Los otros hacen un pacto para hacer algo bueno por el planeta en su nombre o regresar y tomar el tren nuevamente en 15 años hasta su muerte. 15 años después, Susan y Kenny se han olvidado del pacto pero Wilga no ha pasado su tiempo en cárceles y salas mentales esperando este momento, para honrar a su hermana muerta. Ahora, 15 años después, ha venido a cobrar el Pacto. Wila asesina al novio de Susan y secuestra a su hija para chantajearla para que viaje con él una última vez hasta el final de la línea.
