Robert Clark Seger (; né le 6 mai 1945) est un chanteur, auteur-compositeur et musicien américain. En tant qu'artiste local à succès de la région de Detroit, il a joué et enregistré sous le nom de Bob Seger and the Last Heard et Bob Seger System tout au long des années 1960, perçant avec son premier album, Ramblin' Gamblin' Man (qui contenait son premier hit national du même nom) en 1968. Au début des années 1970, il avait abandonné le « système » de ses enregistrements et a continué à lutter pour un succès plus large avec divers autres interdictions ...
