Westdon Martin Abay (né le 5 avril 1971), populairement connu sous le nom de Dong Abay, est un poète et un musicien de rock Pinoy. Il était le membre fondateur, auteur-compositeur et chanteur des groupes Yano, Pan et Dongabay, qui ont tous disparu. En 2005, il poursuit une carrière solo en tant qu'artiste indépendant en sortant un album intitulé Sampol. En 2017, il a formé un groupe de rock nommé Dong Abay Music Organization ou D.A.M.O. tout en ayant d'autres projets comme une école d'écriture de chansons.
