Andi Sex Gang (nato Andreas McElligott) è il fondatore, cantante e cantautore della band Sex Gang Children, che sono stati un atto di spicco nel movimento rock gotico degli anni '80. La sua band ha suonato nel famigerato club Batcave nel 1982. Ha anche registrato come artista solista sperimentale.
