I Machine Gun Fellatio erano una band rock alternativa australiana, formata nel 1997. Erano ben noti per le loro provocatorie buffonate sul palco e testi umoristici, nonché per il merito musicale delle loro canzoni. Il loro nome provocatorio oltraggioso (coniato da un primo associato della band che ha escogitato il termine da un esercizio di filosofia) dà un'idea dell'atteggiamento che pervade il lavoro della band. Hanno pubblicato tre album in studio, tre EP e tre singoli prima di sciogliersi nel 2005.
