Gli Spits sono un gruppo punk rock americano formatosi a Kalamazoo, Michigan nel 1993. Successivamente si sono trasferiti a Seattle. Attualmente, la band ha pubblicato sei album. Tutti sono ufficialmente omonimi, non ufficialmente titolati 1, 2, 3, 4, V e VI rispettivamente.
