Sinossi
Quando il affascinante fuorilegge Ben Wade viene catturato dopo il colpo di una diligenza, il proprietario della compagnia di diligenze, il signor Butterfield, offre $200 all'uomo che scorta il bandito alla città di Contention per prendere il treno delle 3:10 per Yuma per essere processato.
Il contadino Dan Evans è al verde e ha bisogno dei soldi per salvare il suo bestiame e sostenere la sua famiglia e accetta l'incarico.
