Sinossi
Nel 1935, un gangster di bassa lega, Nicky Rocco, viene tradito ed eseguito nelle paludi remote mentre la sua compagna incinta, Ruby Claire, guarda. Giura vendetta con il suo ultimo respiro, e improvvisamente lei va in travaglio.
Nel 1951, Ruby gestisce un drive-in nei boschi, impiega alcuni ex gangster, e ha una figlia di 16 anni, Leslie Clair, che è stata muta dalla nascita. Incidenti bizzarri causano la morte di un dipendente dopo l'altro. Poi Leslie mostra un comportamento strano, e inizia a parlare... con la voce del padre defunto.
Un demoniaco e perverso Nicky Rocco possiede il corpo della ragazza e terrorizza Ruby con levitazioni, telecinesi, risate maniacali e aggressioni sessuali bizzarre.
