Sinossi
Danielle, una giovane studentessa di psicologia, sta cercando di ricostruire la sua vita quando subaffitta una casa vittoriana secolare. Inconsapevolmente, risveglia uno spettro malvagio in agguato negli oscuri recessi della sua nuova casa. Per dimostrare a sua sorella, Anna, che non è di nuovo delusa, Danielle si propone di documentare l'ossessione con risultati orribili. Scatena l'anima di Edgar Crowe, un feroce assassino di bambini, che prende rapidamente il controllo della sua vita. Affamato di soddisfare il suo gusto di torturare i ragazzi, Crowe usa Danielle come una pedina per resuscitare la sua orribile "Panic Chair". Ora, Anna deve affrontare un compito impossibile: distruggere Crowe senza distruggere sua sorella.
