Thomas "Tommy" Makem (4 de novembro de 1932 - 1 de agosto de 2007) foi um músico, artista, poeta e contador de histórias folclórico irlandês internacionalmente famoso. Ele era mais conhecido como membro dos Irmãos Clancy e Tommy Makem. Ele tocou banjo de 5 cordas de pescoço longo, apito de lata, apito baixo, violão, bodhrán e gaita de foles, e cantou em um barítono distinto. Ele às vezes era conhecido como "The Bard of Armagh" (tirado de uma canção tradicional de mesmo nome) e "The Godfather of Irish Music".
