Sinopse
Imerso em uma velha banheira de ferro fundido com a bebida nas mãos, Paul está claramente de luto por algum tipo de perda. Nas garras de algum sonho febril inevitável, ele tem visões de sua esposa Iris cuspindo declarações contraditórias para ele: que ela nunca o entendeu; ele nunca lhe deu uma chance; ele era um maricas que a deixava traí-lo. O mistério se aprofunda quando ele desenterra um velho Walkman e um cache de fitas de áudio. Usando o toca-fitas como uma espécie de meio espiritual, ele começa a ter conversas - reais ou imaginárias - com Iris, uma mulher que descobrimos ser sua falecida esposa. Ele é interrompido pela visita de seu amigo Garry, que está preocupado com sua saúde mental. "Estive pensando e acho ... não me lembro", comenta Paul e então torce o encontro em seu eixo, acusando Garry - aparentemente sem acaso - de dormir com sua esposa. Mais uma vez sozinho, suas alucinações se aprofundam.
