Sinopse
Stromboli faz a trilha sonora de uma paisagem de sonho aquático transparente em Dive. A cineasta Sara Bonaventura viaja no tempo e no espaço, do mar Mediterrâneo às águas da Ásia. Para o vídeo da linda composição ambiental do artista italiano Stromboli, 'Dive', a cineasta Sara Bonaventura queria unir os pontos entre o mar Mediterrâneo de sua Itália natal e as águas de Cingapura, Hong Kong, Bali e Austrália, que fornecem o cenário para o visual de sonho. Mergulhar é um sonho noturno que encena uma jornada de iniciação, explica Bonaventura, mesclando a cultura clássica mediterrânea com rituais do Extremo Oriente, entre a caverna de Platão e os funerais hindus à beira-mar. Voltando às imagens da água e da vida aquática, o cineasta baseia-se na etimologia grega compartilhada das palavras 'golfinho' e 'útero', configurando essa jornada oceânica como uma de transfiguração e renascimento.
