Sinopse
Todos os meses, um estranho ritual acontece em Bruxelas. O Parlamento Europeu muda-se para a sua sede em Estrasburgo em 15 camiões enormes. Uma semana depois, tudo é movido de volta. A comédia romântica e EM tem como pano de fundo essa tentativa desesperada de manter o idealismo europeu. & ME conta a história do estudante de direito Edurne, de 24 anos, que se muda de Sitges para Bruxelas. Em seu primeiro dia no Parlamento Europeu, ela colide violentamente com o alemão Eduard Schiller, de 40 anos. Azarado no amor, o homossexual Eduard chegou a Bruxelas vindo de Berlim para começar uma nova vida. Procurando a felicidade, ele decidiu seguir um novo caminho e procurar uma mulher.
