Sinopse
Um projeto de instalação de vídeo colaborativo com o trabalho de vários artistas inspirados no clássico Rebel Without a Cause de Nicholas Ray (1955). Na peça de Harmony Korine, duas gangues femininas lutam com facões em um estacionamento de Los Angeles. James Franco encomenda o lendário tatuador Mark Mahoney para gravar o primeiro nome do falecido ator Brad Renfro em seu braço com um canivete. Filmado em tempo real, as imagens da escultura são justapostas a entrevistas com amigos de Renfro, incluindo os atores Scott Haze e Jim Parrack. A instalação apresenta duas cenas nunca feitas do rascunho original de Ray de "Rebel Without A Cause", uma apresentando um homem em chamas e a segunda, uma mulher sendo chicoteada. As duas apresentações são tocadas lado a lado em uma tomada contínua de 20 minutos e o efeito geral foi descrito como "bonito e angustiante".
